Pros

I've been with this company for 3.5 years, and it has been a great experience. The pay is competitive, the benefits and PTO policies are generous, and I love the flexibility of working from home every day. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee morale and mental health, making it a supportive and positive work environment. My coworkers are fantastic, and the company has a close-knit, family feel that makes coming to work enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work for a company that values its employees and has a culture of respect, collaboration, and growth. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fulfilling and well-balanced career!

This is a growing company so sometimes there is a high workload.

Pros

I started F1-Networks over two decades ago because I was tired of seeing consulting firms prioritize sales over substance, pushing quick deals instead of solving real problems. That’s never been our approach. We act in the best interest of the client, always- no gimmicks, no shortcuts. We’ve built a team of problem-solvers, not button-pushers. If you care about real engineering, smart decisions, and making an impact, you’ll thrive here. Autonomy is real- as is accountability; but you’ll be supported by teammates who have your back. And if you want to grow, this is the place. I as well as others at F1-Networks have grown together learning the business while staying true to our technical roots!

Cons

If you’re looking for a rigid, predictable corporate structure, you won’t find it here. We are growing, and growth means exciting change. We’ve spent the last year leveling up - bringing in management consultants, refining processes, and making sure we scale the right way, not just for the company, but for the team as a whole. We strive to hire smart people and expect them to take ownership. If you are the type that knows how to self-manage, and when to raise their hand for help – you will thrive here. Expectations are high. We move fast, and we expect follow-through. If you’re looking for a place where you can coast, this isn’t it.

Pros

Competitive Salary - but even if you get a decent initial offer out the gate don't expect any growth or raises moving forward. This company doesn't grow and neither will you.

Cons

This Might just be the worst msp out there. There is virtually no internal infrastructure. They don't believe in managers or team leads. They are constantly restructuring teams out of desperation trying to find a way to make things more efficient. Every month its like working for a new company and its very confusing. They DO NOT HAVE AN HR TEAM. Despite not having actual mangers you will be micromanaged by senior team members playing into favoritism. The benefits package is a joke, insurance for myself and others was randomly dropped due to technical errors on the backend. This place is messy and if you are serious about your field I would strongly suggest to keep it moving.

I appreciate the feedback - even the tough kind - because building a great company means listening and improving. F1-Networks was founded to do IT the right way, not the sales-first way. Scaling while staying true to that has been a challenge, but over the past year, we’ve invested heavily in leadership, structure, and process improvements to create a better experience for our team. Change can feel chaotic, and we’re still evolving. But here’s the reality: We do have strong department managers who support their teams. We do have structure, but we hire people who take ownership. We do listen and improve - feedback drives change here. This isn’t a rigid corporate job, and it’s not for everyone.
