Unfortunately, Tom Austin - like many Americans - has an embedded ideology so ingrained into his psyche that he believes he is not a racist despite his actions proving otherwise (as documented on the news). He was also against renaming a local lake to its original name - what benefit does it have to you to not offer an olive branch to those groups marginalised for so long. Infact, that is not even an olive branch - its an empty gesture that Mr. Austin could not let slide. Do not work for this man or his future ventures - he is a terrible narcissist by all accounts - as other reviews on this website highlight further.
