Put themselves to the front of awards and review platforms just like this so they look more impressive from the outside.
Cons
Cruel and poor management with little regard for staff health or safety. Unreasonable attitudes to pay which are illegal when you research it such as making you start shifts 30 mins before scheduled time but only paying you from the scheduled start time. Advertise progression but the whole company is controlled by maybe 20 supervisors and managers that are like a mini cult and keep everyone else locked out. Some of the worst welfare I've ever had on festival shifts. Poor meals and no regard for staff health, left on position without breaks or food for minimum of 12 hours even when diabetic or other health issues. I could go on and on but anything specific would identify me and I am currently considering legal options so will just review the things above that most staff would agree with.
