    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at FIBA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pay is good for the area, benefits are average, 401k match is average, company protects long term employees whether they are valuable to the organization or not.

    Cons

Unethical company that caters to the good ol boy club. VP of Engineering utilizes his power to drive decisions that meet his agenda whether ethical or not.

    Cons

Honestly, I couldn't find anything wrong with FIBA. Perhaps the fact that everyone is so busy-but busy is good!
