      Pros

      Everyone I have met has been so welcoming and want you to succeed! From my department there is a lot of flexibility. The company’s mission to help bring STEM to our kids is great.

      Cons

      Pay tends to be on the lower end of some positions. While there is room to grow, most people stay long term so it can be difficult to move up.
