      Pros

      The people in this company and its culture are unlike any I have worked for before. It is great to work in such a friendly, progressive and ambitious environment. There is no micro-management - instead lots of autonomy and responsibility. The remote working culture means that you can travel and work!

      Cons

      As with any young company, there are teething issues in how things are done. But, equally, that's the fun of being in a fast-paced environment - you get to shape and contribute to the future of the company.

      Pros

      Great place to work with an intelligent and supportive team. Good and frequent communication across the business with clear leadership and ambitions. Work is varied and enjoyable with an opportunity to be creative. Work across the business is well recognised too. Being a remote company, FNA offers great flexibility and a good work-life balance with occasional opportunities to socialise with co-workers including a company-wide meet up/ strategy week in Barcelona.

      Remote working may not be for everyone.
