I wasn’t going to write a review initially, but there are things that happened here that have scarred me at work since taking a position here. I felt the need to protect others from enduring the same issues a lot of us had to go through.
- Toxic culture - being called to work evenings, weekends, day or night, without overtime, despite 9-5.30 hours…
- annual leave allowance: 20 days total annual leave + bank holidays. 5 of these days are taken out during Christmas time, so that means you have a net total of 15 days to take during the year. It’s really not much
- 6 month Probation Period, that is extended over and over again. at this company. People have been on probation for over a year - how does that give you job security or assurance - especially if you have a family to provide for or bills to pay?
- You don’t feel the trust needed in your job - you can go from king of the castle to pauper all at a whim, at any time - it all happens silently
- Little corporate strategy other than sales targets
- a lot of mental health talk, but no actual action to improve.
