Amazing place to work working on a range of really interesting campaigns and projects, A nice combination of the family feel of the relatively small London office but also being part of a wide international network with all the opportunities and support that comes with.

Cons

Progression / personal development opportunities can be a bit slow as most of the more senior roles are based out of HQ in Vienna.

Very supportive and encouraging management, great friendly team, amazing cause and animal rescues, varied role, lots of development opportunities. Best job and best charity role ever!

Just the fact that you are working for a good cause

Cons

This is the worst NGO I worked for. Absolutely no respect for staff, their security and well being. No training opportunities, very little compensation for travel expenses, having to share a bed with someone you never saw before while on work trips, not being paid for part of the work supplied, the list could go on and on... The organisation employs very young and inexperienced people in high responsibility positions only to sack them shortly fter when they don't manage to keep up - surprisingly!!
