      Employees at lower designations are well behaved and give you respect.

      Cons

      People in senior Management have no skills.You are constantly insulted by the boss and your seniors.The company has no vision or future plans.No sales manger irrespective of performance has made it beyond 11 months.No job security.The company also is hardly making profit. Please stay away if offered positions like sales manager,branch manager etc.
