Pros
- Architecturally strong software - No micro-management - Good office in Sofia, nice building, free food and drinks, team events - Face to face communication can help you to resolve issues and get support - Good life-work balance
Cons
- Virtual communication is very bad; expect no answer to your meeting request or e-mails - Internal working ethics need to be improved: no out of the office set up, clicky environment were you will struggle to get help if you are not 'part of the group'; people gossip a lot - Training and on-boarding is non-existen - Very little is available in the software out of the box - Huge resilience to any changes , when many areas have no processes set up at all, so the changes are really needed
