      - Great Product - Great leadership - Real work hard mentality because we are all fighting to deliver on a common mission - Core values that are more than just a marketing message - The office plants - An amazing team spirit which makes work fun

      Cons

      We are growing fast but we need to make sure that we do it in a sustainable way and not lose sight of what got us to this stage

      Sit back and put your foot on the accelerator, Faethm has so much potential, it's an incredible ride. Expanding rapidly into Hypergrowth phase, this is the right company for someone who wants their voice to be heard and to make a difference. It's so refreshing to be working for a technology company that is actually making a different to the global workforce. Aside from the technology, great people, great culture and very approachable leadership team.
