Pros

Good place to gain experience ONLY. You can learn a lot. The office is clean, there is a really nice break-room.

Cons

Benefits SUCK! Managers SUCK! They gossip about EVERYONE in there. Managers say coordinators are not performing, but fail to realize that they are a reflection of them. They want "professionalism" but are not professional at all! No organization or structure. Employees are NOT valued. No raises, and if there are, everyone gets the same raise. Good performance does NOT matter goes unnoticed, unless it is bad then you get reprimanded (of course the bad cannot go unnoticed!). Managers are too focused on their personal lives, will be late and absent all the time, but complain about coordinators doing anything similar.

Place is a Joke!

Pros

If you work, you at least receive a paycheck come payday! If you are of Asian decent, this place will suit you just perfectly as those are the only people whom become promoted.

Cons

No collaboration among departments as they are all bickering at each other for faults and flaws. The owner is a joke and just flaunts his "self-success" without regard to his employees. The Ex-President was the only competent employee which spoke fluent English and the owner replaced him with another Asian. The owner uses blatant language during conference meetings and does not think otherwise. Your reviews will always be sub-par so that you will not receive a pay increase.
