* most of projects are legacy * limited possibility to use modern technogies and tools due to legacy projects * code-review and other actions to improve quality of code are pretty rare * small teams, no tutoring/mentorship * limited possibility to grow at work (no paid courses, master-class etc) * not transparent salary schema
