Sounds good till you realize they’re scamming you

Cons

Very dishonest job posting, the position (which they will not tell you until after 2 interviews) is selling Spectrum internet to old people at Walmart, 10-7, M-Sat for minimum wage. If you advance, your job is to trick other people to do this. It’s a pyramid scheme.
