      There are employees that have been there for a long time that make employment here more comfortable.

      Cons

      Under compensated for amount of work, few benefits, such as vacation and time off, management micro-manages and have elite attitudes

      Pros

      Easy to talk to and invested in my growth. Worked in the Marketing department and they trusted what we had to bring to the table.

      Cons

      Wasn't flexible with some deadlines. Great work takes time and I think it would go a a long way.
