not great money, i need more

Cost has increased and benefits have decreased. Had to stop allergy shots because they are no longer covered (goes against deductible, which meant it was a thousand+ a year). Same with PT for a hurt kid - went from $25 a session to $250. We are going into debt just to pay basic bills - can't imagine how much a serious injury would cost. Low cost administrators and factory for glasses are well known for poor quality - they always cause problems. We frequently get defective lenses produced for glasses - have had to send them back repeatedly. Looking for a new job. Combined with the wage cut and subsequent poor raises, we're making less than we did when started 15 years ago, and we are heading towards bankruptcy. Fedex is very good at screwing its employees.
