They don't really train their employees upward, they more so just hire laterally, which makes it hard to grow

To many team members with "my way is the ONLY way" philosophy
Team claim full CI/CD pipeline processing when in fact operates more like Waterfall. No automated testing used. QA and Prod deployments to be tested manually following scripts that do not cover all possible scenarios.
