*Senior leadership - some are intelligent, and hands off. Most have huge egos for no good reason, and are going to eventually run the company into the ground. *Leadership says they are open to change (as a fast paced, start-up environment), but are unwilling to change decisions that are wasting a ton of money. *No training, whatsoever. I was promised thorough training while going through the hiring process. I spent the first month or with no direction in the office (had to be there 4 days a week), going through files in dropbox to try to understand the technology on my own. *Big egos in leadership slow down internal processes for no other reason, than just to flex their voice. *There is no loyalty to smart employees who have integrity and want to see the company succeed. *They will push out anyone who questions leadership, threatened by anyone that may seem smarter than them. *Being a female in this industry can be difficult. At other orgs, I went out of my way to introduce myself to any new employees, to make them feel comfortable. At Federated Wireless, female leadership would walk by my desk multiple times a day with dirty looks, and no one ever introduced themselves to me. I had to go out of my way to make an introduction. The environment is ANYTHING but warm. It is awkward, toxic and you will waste a lot of your precious time trying to like everyone here. *During FW's layoffs in May 2023, the severance was a joke. *Senior leadership might make it sound like they know what they are doing, but they are clueless as to the future of the company. If you can't pay your employees for the next few months, don't keep hiring new teams only to lay them off when money is too tight.
