      Pros

      Great company. You must work hard and put in the hours, even though it's a small weekly salary. But the commission pays off.

      Cons

      Lots of hours to make good money. Upper management can be rough at times but it is a family opened business. However the owner stays out of daily operations.

      Director of Sales come from a prison management background. Very minimal base salary so and the commissions are very low. They paint it as a big six figure salary in the interview but it’s rare to hit that.
