      Pros

      Fantastic colleagues. Amazing market leading products. Supportive and patient manager. Opportunity to travel. Social events were good.

      Cons

      At the time I left there were unrealistic budgets set based on two huge years during lockdown. Although I believe this has now changed. A slight "rule by fear" culture. Mass redundancies causing some job security doubts within the team.

      Awful treatment of staff in recent redundancy which were targeted Leadership is non existent Terrible HR in UK with no understanding of process or employment law Diversity is words not actions
