      Great benefits Some WFH perks

      Cons

      Turnover is about 40% Want a youth culture but young people move on Follow the Roger's playback for HR (Roger's suck) Went from a great corporate culture pre pandemic to a culture that is just based on Roger's culture. Not fun.

      At the larger firm level, there were excellent perks provided to employees although largely offset by negative team culture, lack of communication and transparency.
