      Good scope for professional development

      Pros

      Really good pension scheme, scope for Global Travel and wonderful co-workers. Individuals are given a lot of responsibility which helps them to advance quickly in their careers, the company sets you up well for life.

      Cons

      The company is part of a wider PLC that is on the London Stock Exchange - when share price drops, drastic action is taken involving cost cutting and redundancies - but when demand picks back up, people are not replaced and it leaves those who are left under a lot of pressure.

      Pros

      The company has gone through considerable change over the past few years and it has shown in both the improved performance but also employee morale. Employees have a great relationship with managers and senior management. The flat nature of the organisation enables quick communication between the various levels within the company and there is direct contact with the director. There are also amazing opportunities to travel the world which is rare and invaluable.

      Cons

      Some teething issues due to changes made, however these are being resolved and the company is going from strength to strength.
