Business outlook

Pros

* even though the base salary is average, the end-of-year bonus more than makes it up for it * young and friendly environment

Cons

* they may seem like they're cutting edge, but actually (at least for my group) the things they do are pretty standard * the company claims to care about its employees, but it really does not; some examples of this include: 1) young people are hired through an intermediary using the staff leasing formula, promising this is a full time job and that you will be hired internally later on; this does not always happen, and people in staff leasing actually get fired without notice when the company does not need them anymore 2) the end-of-year bonus is conditional on how many sick days you took during the year, so people must take paid leave instead of paid sick days in order not to lose money; this applies not only to regular winter illness but even to hospitalizations for important medical procedures; * even though you get hired for a specific position, you then get tossed around the department you're in and you may end up doing stuff that has nothing to do with what you were hired for (or even with your background) * long working hours (overtime is basically a constant)
