      Friendly, understanding, you make quick friends with the people you work with

      Cons

      Changes are made without your consent. Even if those changes are directly for your department. You are given work to complete, but with no time to complete it, and then complained to about how slow the work is being done.

      Pros

      Almost everyone is super helpful and works well together which is good because the company is growing alot. The work is hard but feels worthwhile. THe culture is a good and feels family oriented.

      Cons

      Lots of new work and the new projects are challenging. They are hiring alot of new people to grow and it can be stressful.

      Pros

      You can get promoted if you work hard and care. They put a lot of effort into training. We earn company lunches almost every month. Only a 4 day work week which is awesome.

      Cons

      The shop is really, really hot in the summer. Lots of drop in orders and production has to be crazy flexible.
