Nice views from office ….

Cons

Draconian management style, all stick and no carrot, worst manager I have ever experienced/encountered in my career to date. A very disappointing experience. I would not recommend working for this organisation.

Needless to say, I'm incredibly disappointed to hear you've had such a poor experience with us - a "Draconian management style" and "toxic environment" certainly isn't reflective of what we're trying to build in Fibrus, or indeed what the general sentiment from our colleagues currently is. Pros

there are some nice people at lower levels of the company

Where to start. I came into this company like a fresh faced 21 year old and left looking like a 70 year old. This company lies and cheats their staff and treat them very badly. Unqualified people in high level roles. It is chaotic. Not fit for purpose. No attempt at employee retention, alot of good people have left over these issues. The worst culture and values I have ever encountered. The issues are deeper than it being a "start up" don't be fooled.

Thanks for your review - I'm disappointed to read such negative feedback regarding your time with us because this really isn't reflective of how we want people to feel when they work for Fibrus. I really wish you had raised these concerns during your time with us, rather than anonymously. The claim of lying and cheating our colleagues is quite an extreme allegation, so I would like to get more detail on the experience you had with us as this isn't a common sentiment amongst the Fibrus team. Pros

Nice and friendly staff in Marketing/Finance departments.

Cons

Lots of Management level staff in Technical roles out of their depth and lack proper Management experience/skills and technical knowledge required to do their job causing issues for entry level staff and other departments. Extremely clique orientated where people with minimal experience and a history of poor performance or incapable in current role are given promotions over other much more capable staff in technical roles because of family member connections or "friends with Manager".
