Work / life balance can be good when not on project

Cons

Basically just writing commercial and technical due diligence reports. Partners do not have a clear view on how to actually run the business. Lack of leadership at the top.

Some of the colleagues in London were nice enough but really stressed out.

Cons

Leadership have zero trust in their employees. To much monitoring and micro managing instead of trusting employees to just do their jobs. A very long-winded, multi-stage interview process yet they still do not trust anyone, so much so that work is impeded. Avoid!
