Pros

You will be treated like family here with dignity and respect. Hard work, loyalty, and dedication will be rewarded. Free delicious samples of the appetizers we make, paid vacation time among other benefits like dental and life insurance.

Cons

If you are lazy or irresponsible- this is not the place for you- slackers and schemers are rooted out quickly.

Pros

Good pay, free samples, some really amazing people work on the factory floor.

Cons

Every single manager wants to be the owners favorite. In the office, all mgrs talk about each other, the other employees, and their clients as if they are dirt. If you dare call out or even call in late with ample time, they will talk about you when you are not there. Mgmt also has favorites. They can break the rules and not follow proper GMPs. If the QA techs try and do their jobs, these employees will threaten to leave and mgmt will tell the QA techs to leave them be. Instead of reinforcing the rules everyone is supposed to follow, they just allow it. HR is also a joke. The gossip that is talked every day by them about the employees, they are not neutral. Employees will bicker and come to HR for a solution and the blame will be put on whoever HR is not friends with.

Unprofessional/Unethical - Apply at your own risk

Pros

Pay, payroll, office, production personnel, free samples, time off, wear multiple hats

Cons

Unprofessional environment - expect to hear profanity, door slamming tantrums from TOP management, silence and giggles when inspectors show up. Poor safety working conditions for production personnel (people falling, fingers getting cut, and small fires when there's a black out). Quality & HR are the gossip departments. Management don't get it right the first time, production takes the burden. Training - what training? Either there isn't enough nor is done correctly, either ways production takes the heat. Mechanics hate their job, a machine breaks down expect profanity from them. Not enough space for production to eat, limited time for lunch and yet not enough microwaves. Directors are not worthy of their titles. Culture? let's just say people are leaving left and right.
