Pros

If you have male genitals you can move up and grow with this company. If you went to App State you are a shoe in and P.S. they don't drug test.

Cons

If you have a vagina you can't have an opinion and you need to be a cheerleader for the boys. If you have any advice or input, don't bother because you will be fired for your voice.

We are sorry that your experience did not match our intention of being an enjoyable place to work for everyone. During busy times, we do our best to give ample notice when overtime is needed. As part of our robust benefits package we offer all of our employees 40 hours of Personal time + the accrual of at least 15 days per year of PTO. We encourage all employees to reach out to HR to address any concerns they have to continue to make our company a great one.

A great opportunity

Pros

FIG has a great culture and work environment. There is definitely the feel of being a part of a large family and it's very rewarding. The leadership team (executives and directors) are incredibly approachable and ready to listen to new ideas. The company is very progressive and forward thinking with their marketing and IT offerings, which can be tough to find in the financial services industry.

Cons

Create a more detailed, structured training plan. Training was a little overwhelming at the beginning, as I wasn't familiar with the industry. I think creating more structure could help rather than feeling like you are "drinking from a fire hose."
