      - High exposure to every deal , as an analyst the senior team let's you take ownership of your work, you get to meet the management team on a regular basis, and you are expected to attend client/investor meetings - Given FT Partenrs' position in the FinTech market, you'll get to be in some of the best FinTech deals (London team covers Europe, Africa and Asia) - Really good Analysts in the London team, definitely make it easier to work long hours - Young team in London, which is constantly growing - Good pay

      It's a hard working place, and you should be ready to work long hours if you're planning to join FT Partners
