- Interesting clients and work (primarily sell-side engagements) - High levels of responsibility and client interaction at junior levels - Great culture; everyone is very friendly with no face time expectations - Flat hierarchy with direct exposure to Managing Directors - Good exit opportunities
Cons
-Similar to other boutique banks, could use more support and back-end resources
