      My co-workers. Some of the best people on earth.

      Working here has become incredibly frustrating since the new company took over. The new management has made poor decisions that have drastically worsened the work environment. Morale has plummeted because employees are expected to work harder with no real incentive to stay. It’s disappointing to see how a once-great company like Data2 has been turned into a place where people no longer feel valued. I can’t imagine how they plan to attract quality employees after making such drastic changes. Usually when a new district manager comes in, he wants to make a good impression on his new employees. Develop a strong, trusting, business relationship. NOT THIS ONE!

      Working from home. That's it.

      Cons

      Horrible company culture, zero training documentation, zero accountability. The raises might as well be a one time bonus because you won't even notice it on your check (4% is the high end). They only hire in sales and customer support so if you work in any other department you will not have any backup for a regular work day. If you use PTO you'll have a mountain of work to come back to. They hire dinosaurs that should have retired a decade ago instead of younger people that can actually keep up with the technology and fast paced environment. Did I mention ZERO accountability?

      The supervisors and managers are click like hs. They bully you nonstop when it doesn’t go their ways.
