      The place is very toxic. No pros at all

      The place is so toxic. Ramneek, who doesn’t know what she is doing in life keeps bossing people around! The management has no sense of direction or any clue about what they want to do. Everyone is running around like headless chickens. They’re not as good or even important as they think. They will just over burden you and then point fingers.

      Worst company to ever work with. Working here even for 1-2 months can take you into depression because of worst working environment. Rules are different for different people, no set structure or policies. The best way for growth in this company is to lead up through gossip. There is a group of 4-5 people who only focuses on playing politics and who can destroy pretty much everyone career because they have direct access to the management. Ramneek and Reet who are wives of the founders have no sense how to talk to people and are so so arrogant.

      This company does not offer any stability and does not respect their employees at all. Their fired 3 offices, more than 50 personas in 3 weeks, with no reason, no explanation.
