Pros

Before the AI boom, it was a pretty decent place - I haven't had experience of working in big companies, so I felt pretty satisfied and was very loyal to the company. Remote working opportunities are great. A rolling schedule is possible. The company gives a working device. People at your level of authority are rather pleasant.

Cons

It's absolutely unbearable to work here during the last year. Incompetent authorities think that AI is a replacement for everything and everyone and people surrounding them just actively agree on it in order to stay in their places. The results of this "effective" management leads to a complete disinterest in the final product because the employee's opinion doesn't matter at all. The metrics are completely broken, so don't count on a fair attitude towards you. If bosses decide you're not needed any more (and you will not be eventually), the dismissal is a couple of days question - no feedback, no offboarding, no wishing good luck even - and it doesn't matter how long you work for the company. The amount of work is very uneven - sometimes there is no work so you just need to make an impression of working, and sometimes you overwork for weeks. And again - no body will appreciate it. No place for self development - you're just being covered in moss for years. The tasks are the same type over and over, no new technologies, so in the end, you understand the business logic really well - but obviously, this knowledge is useless on the market. The authorities can easily raise the voice at employees, especially at women. Honestly speaking, sometimes I think that they hire girls for BA roles only to scream at them. The salary isn't high, there is an absolute lack of social benefits. When the issue of raising salaries arises, they try to convince you that you don't deserve it, because you are not proficient and haven't developed enough (as if they give the space for it). I'm absolutely sure that many positive reviews on this site are written by authorities of the company, because there were cases when employees were asked to leave positive reviews on their own products. And in general - the company has no any direction to go. All tasks are basically just current business logic rearranging. One day you receive a task to do some changes, and after half a year you receive a task to get back to the previous logic.
