Pros

Company is dominating the market and carries on growing Great product that customers and new customers love Team is very friendly (and getting bigger) Company nights out, free drinks and snacks, Ping-Pong, PS4 Internal communication has improved lots

Cons

Offices could do with improving but believe we are moving soon anyway. Company events often revolve around going to the pub (which is great), but perhaps could do other things too.

Amazing colleagues, a lot of innovation and trying to address council issues and a great place to work in. Has ping-pong, PS4 and pizza on a Friday :)

Great software and people. Free drinks, snacks, nights out. Unstructured environment allows people to move up based on ability and contribution.

Cons

Could benefit from a bit more structure. Around half of the staff work remotely so it takes a while before you meet everybody.
