Pros

Great team of BCBA supervisors that are willing to help. Clinic staff are all pleasant to work with. A large clientele, all clients and family members have been great to work with. Good health benefits.

Cons

No work life balance, staff are over worked and not enough indirect time is given (drive time takes up majority of indirect hours leaving no room to finish assessments/paper work). Upper Management is rarely ever seen and does not follow through on things they promise. All data entry/assessments/emails/continuing education, etc. are expected to be completed on your own personal device, no computers or iPads are provided or available to use at the office (unless you’re a BCBA then you will get a computer). Pay is not consistent as it fluctuates each week based on client call outs. High staff turn around.

Pros

There are some knowledgeable BCBAs who care alot about the client progress and supervising rbts so they can work effectively. They also have cool art projects and sometimes the printer works.

Cons

They change policies more often than I change my socks. Once you get used to a system, it “needs” an update. It doesn’t really, but “they” (the administration) feel it does and “they” don’t ever have the time to work a day in the life of any of us, so “they” have zero clue or care as to how it effects us. Our pay has been cut and we now have to use PTo for holidays. They hire some interesting techs who have no business working with the clients that we service. They say they want to support us and toss us lame engagement opportunities that no one really cares about. They fire and demote staff who people trust and turn to on a daily basis because their egos get in the way of their ability to care and support the staff. If you are friends with upper management, or if you pretend to be, you should be fine here. Otherwise, no.

Pros

You can get your hours for free if you are going to school to become a BCBA. You get paid to travel. The company does have benefits.

Cons

The pay could be better. Lack of communication.
