Pros
Massive growth in the company currently. Open and honest leadership. No hangups about ranking, etc. Leadership leads, instead of barking orders, which is how it should be.
Cons
Little direction in terms of specific how-tos. So, just get things done, and if you don't know how, learn how (you can ask, which works sometimes). This is just the case in a fast growing company I guess- there is little documentation on procedures/ processes, which is probably because of the pace of growth and change. Difficult to deal with but also understandable. Tough, but great experience.

Pros
I really love how transparent the leadership is about their plans for the future of the company. It helps me to feel confident about my decision to leave my previous company to work at FSH, because I know we're headed in a good direction, one that I see myself being a part of for a long time.
Cons
If you can even call it a con, one con is that we are growing so quickly and starting to run out of space in our office. Luckily there are open offices on our floor that I'm sure we would take over once we need to.
