Pros

Free snacks in the breakroom

Cons

The latest strategy at First Western involves creating false positive reviews on Glassdoor. I believe they have fabricated enough positive reviews to make it more difficult to see the honest ones. Ask yourself why are there so many reviews in June 2018?

Pros

Co-workers, and free coffee. Also they spend tremendous amounts on the thin veneer of buildings and marketing pieces

Cons

The CEO keeps talking about FW University and training the managers to be better. However it all starts with him. People are not held accountable for basic things - like responding to emails or customers. All decisions are made by him and the CFO, & neither has ever been an "operator" in a bank. So they are clueless. The best people have left and the word has spread. Also they are unable to lend due to capital constraints and a terrible credit culture. They have people there that have been shuffled around to 5-6 jobs because they screw up each and everything they touch (not fired however). Not sure what that's about,... but they must have pictures. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The board needs to really talk to the leaders in a forum to get the straight story, and not the BS Wylie dishes up each and every week.
