not much ...people say time flexibility but its not so ...many startup companies have this culture....

1. Poor Management of the projects ...everyone in hurry .. improper planning
2. Unnecessary pressure is created.
3. Timelines are not properly decided.
4. Very conservative environment may be due to older staying people.
5. Lot of favoritism , internal politics will definitely make the bad impact on the company growth.
6. Very dull team environment ...no team party .....managers do their party their own and become happy themself ....its like company of few only...
7. Technology wise older ...they think they are doing best ...but whatever they used is already become older than a year or two ....so nothing to proud of learning ...many companies have much better learning curve .....
8. They boast about salary pay out ...but its not exceptional ...it's an average salary they pay ....

poor exposure, Laid back environment, boring place for youth, Never worked in such a boring and laid back environment ever, no personality enhancement, no business communication and good circle.
Great compensation plan and starting salary for their sales reps. We get great benefits and free lunches M,T,W. Great product that needs more exposure and sales/ marketing is taking care of that.

Its a very well backed start-up so things change quickly and you need to be able to keep up. Sales side is not for the faint of heart so this is to be expected.
