      Pros

      Good pay, franchise owners really care about their employees. Work is consistent year round.

      Cons

      Early morning hours but that helps to finish the days work sooner in the summer heat and avoiding traffic.

      Pros

      The branch I worked at was managed very well by the owners. They had concern for their window cleaners and made sure that they would get jobs that were worth the time and effort. The concern for their employees was top-notch!

      Cons

      The software to manage routes, accounts, and scheduling is outdated. Need to update the software for office admins to be more effective.
