Ambitious and exciting company. Lots of autonomy in role. Fun, fast paced, and collaborative business to work for.

Pros

Loads of autonomy and trust in my role and never pressured by management to deliver as they trusted in my ability. Broad responsibilities keep things exciting and there are always projects to get involved in (store openings, ED&I). London office is great. People are very friendly and helpful, and all on the same page to help the business grow (and they have ambitious growth plans!).

Cons

Sometimes plan new heads into the business without a real plan that the needs are required. Systems are a little dated but easy to work with.
