Pros

One of the best places you can learn, great for juniors, offers free breakfast, coffee, and fruits, great team buildings, great organization. People write quality code and use the latest technologies.

Cons

Very low salaries compared to the market, a low number of vacation days, many people work overtime, meetings can sometimes be in the late afternoon hours 6+

Okay company with hidden quirks

Pros

Good learning environment for junior developers. Home office is not discouraged for senior developers. Good coffee. Mostly nice coworkers.

Cons

Unless you are a learning junior projects tend to be very boring. Lack of ownership on client projects. Lots of unfulfilled promises from management. Catastrophic project managers that lack technical knowledge and/or people skills. Team buildings and similar events are made to accommodate founders wishes and are therefore boring for most people.

A solid company with a lot of potential

Pros

Working with talented and experienced people. Chance to travel to the US for workshops with clients. Basic perks: kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks, occasional team dinners.

Cons

No formal onboarding for middle management hires. Despite working mostly (95%) for foreign clients, the salaries are just above country average without a transparent promotion policy. The founder is extremely creepy and tough to work with. An open office without rules and with a lot of interruptions.
