      Pros

      They’re growing aggressively and people quit a lot so there’s always opportunity to move up

      Cons

      These guys have no idea what they’re doing. They’ve taken multiple amazing concepts that won awards and turned them into restaurants that are constantly in the red and suffer from poor reviews. Their egos let them believe they are right about everything. They’ll act as if they’re listening but in reality they nearly always have their mind made up before hearing anyone else out, and their decisions in the past few years have proved to be poor. Many of them are good people but I’m so glad I don’t work for these morons anymore.

      Typical broken promises and restaurant drama, but you can make good money

      Pros

      You can make great money as a server or bartender at their restaurant. Menus are amazing and the conscious Earth policy is great and provides sustainable clean food options. Met some wonderful people over the years and had some good opportunities

      Cons

      Corporate will string long term employees along for several years dangling a management position and then turn around and hire someone with no experience who is willing to work for a lower salary. Upper management sweeps claims of sexual harassment and general harassment under the rug if it’s one of their buddies, and will promote them to corporate to keep things hushed. Also have been told by people of color who found out they make substantially less than their white colleagues who are in the same position.

      Pros

      They really try to care for their employees, they are moving to a more green company, CEOs are easy to contact and genuinely want to hear you, Very guest oriented, will teach you great hospitality skills, easy to move up

      Cons

      They are growing fast, and trying to put out programs that sound great, but never come to fruition. I feel that even though they try to hear their employees it takes a while to get any action done.
