      Great advantages: - flexible working and remote working for great work/life balance - friendly team - great support from management - room to grow professionally

      Cons

      There are no negative comments to say. it is a growing company and may be not everything is perfect yet but no company in this stage will always be perfect. it's an opportunity for learning for everyone.

      1. Great work culture and understanding subordinates 2. Flexible timings and 5days a week 3. Remarkable employee benefits (like employee & family insurance, paid vacations etc.) 4. Superb fun activities and knowledge sharing session 5. Supportive staff and almost flat hierarchy 6. Office infrastructure and location are amazeballs

      As such I find no cons just needs more diversification to enrich company culture.
