Bad culture, bad pay, and no loyalty to employees. The owner is not someone you want to work for. Once you build up accounts and expect residual payments you are fired.

Unless explicitly told otherwise (and even then), you are excepted to perform your job out of the gate. Over selling yourself or relying to much on others (especially if doing so brings down their performance) can lead to a relatively quick letting go of. For some roles like mine this is relatively easy after a few months, though I've seen some sales people come and go more often (Though from what I know, this common throughout many companies) Platform is large, complex, and feature rich. Depending on your job developing, supporting, or selling it does take time to warm up to and get effective in.
