      Mixed feelings about the entire company not knowing the direction in which it is choosing.

      Pros

      You get to work with better business partners, because your business partners aknowledge your hard work whereas Flexi compras does not.

      Cons

      Just like any RTO company, it's all about growth. It can be questionable growth, but as long as the number of accounts grow, you will grow with the company, even when you have 20% of your customers late and charged off you will be promoted to the top.

      Worst company I have ever worked for!!!!

      Pros

      I believed in the initial mission of this company and strived to give the best customer service. I loved working with the Walmart associates and each and everyone of my customers.

      Cons

      No such thing as anonymous employee hotline. Anything you report gets back to whomever you were reporting. No appreciation from upper management for jobs well done. No understanding of the different geographical areas and those sales and collection tactics needing to be according to the area. They will walk in and lay you off without notice and say they are closing the store but in all actuality, they haven't approved that with Walmart. AND they send the account manager to tell the Walmart manager that the store is closing because the DM doesn't have the balls to do it themselves.

      Pros

      When actually cared about the customer and helped hard working people ... Now just take hard working people's money just like Rent A Center and Aaron's

      Cons

      Every 3 months after there " meeting" the higher ups just decide to raise there rates more and more every time
