Outstanding project portfolio. Great opportunity to work on large commercial projects.

Cons

Takes forever to get things done, lack luster leadership in satellite offices, career advancement virtually non-existent, quality of life improvement is fake. Genuine intent is bottom line $$. Failure to tap into new markets. If you come here plan on working very long hours with no reward and travel is expected.

Opened the new office in Austin Tx and was transferred here to teach the "Flintco Way" (policy and procedures)

Cons

The Current employees from a different company did not want the Flintco Way. The only employees that mattered were management.
