      Was close to home. Some nice people work there

      Micromanaging. Constantly being watched. If your face doesn't fit they will make your life hell

      Pros

      Small company that is proud of what they do. Employees are treated very well with excellent benefits and made to feel appreciated. Vacation time is generous and atmosphere is laid back.

      Cons

      The scale they use to base your raises off of (depending on your salary) isn't great.
