Pros
It is a relatively small media company, but opportunities for employees and the way everyone connects makes you feel like you are working somewhere where you should have been a long time ago. Travel opportunities are there because you get to go on cool research assignments in the Caribbean, the African continent, and other places that you always find it hard to pay to go. Lol.
Cons
I think the salary should be better. But the opportunities seem to make up for it. Most of the jobs here seem to be contractual for short term, with only a few having long-term contracts. I think this can reduce confidence in employees, and should somehow be changed to make job positions more long-term and reassuring.
