      They offer PTO AND BENEFITS.

      Cons

      It's a place that has a TOXIC work environment. It's not about work ethic as much as it is who likes you and wants you there. The work culture is very much so highschool minded

      1. Uninspiring and dismissive top-down culture that breeds fear 2. Poor leadership including cronyism, nepotism, implicit bias and retaliation 3. Internal racism, sexism and classism 4. No grassroots or legislative strategy 5. Extremely wasteful spending and usage of fiscal resources 6. Low and inequitable wages and non-competitive benefits
