1. Poor Executive Leadership - always feel like you're not going to have a job and a real fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants style environment. 2. Feel threatened any day the CEO has a bad day 3. Told one thing then another thing happens 4. Disorganized strategy - nobody at the top has an idea of where they are headed and if someone one day thinks of an idea good or bad they pivot 5. CEO is passive aggressive 6. No clear job responsibilities everyone doing double work. CEO will lead customer calls one day, soak up the event spotlight the next, I mean it's their company right? 7. No Honesty, just say what you need to get the deals and we'll make the rest work.

They have frequent management changes and changes in strategy. The overwhelming majority of reps don’t make their numbers and not been empowered to success.
